Pharmaceuticals is a full service contract manufacturer and packager of

Raw
Materials: We supply quality
bulk raw material ingredients to the herbal, nutritional, food and
pharmaceutical industries nationwide and worldwide. Our range is extensively

Encapsulation:
After
an encapsulation order is completed, all batches are sent to our inspection
departments, where they are inspected for physical and weight conformities.
In addition, during encapsulation, interval weight testing is done every 15
minutes, to ensure product potency and weight. Our
monthly production output is approximately 20 million capsule pieces. Our
production output is only paralleled by a two-week lead-time. We have also
started a new service for online health distributors and retailers. With the
boom of the Internet and online commerce, increasingly companies are seeking
faster turnarounds. At AIE, we are willing to provide very quick lead times
of a day for small orders.
Tableting:
One
of the most popular dosage mediums in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical

Our tableting facility is a fully enclosed, temperature, and humidity
controlled facility. Our tableting department includes four fully automated
tablet presses, with the capability
to produce 3.5 billion tablet pieces annually.
Coating:
Complete
film and Color coating processes meet your requirements for marking, color,
taste masking, and overall pharmaceutical elegance.
Powder:
Our
powder milling facility has the capacity to blend 500kg batches ensuring
product consistency for our tableting and encapsulation departments. In
addition to the granulation and blending purposes, our blending facility is
also available for pure powder contracts. In addition, for all powder
products.
Packaging:
Initially
the core business of our company, we are experts at packaging your products.
We are fully staffed with graphic design artists for your label and package
designs. Our implementation of your designs is no less important. Equipped
with full inline automated labeling and bottle filling operations. We have
the ability for a quick turnaround for all your packaging needs.
Our
packaging department is filled with bottle filling, and labeling
capabilities. Whatever your packaging needs are, at AIE we can fulfill them.
Our graphic design departments have experience with DSHEA and FDA regulation
requirements for food supplement labeling, as well as web site and
electronic medium advertising requirements.
Q.C.&
Q.A. Laboratory : Our
labs are equipped with full spectrophometer, high performance chromatography, and dissolution testing. Every product batch from our
production facilities is tested under the rigorous rules and procedures set
by FDA, state and federal health departments.
Our
goal to ensure product potency is evident with our attention to quality
testing. All of the products we manufacture are under the direct supervision
of our Q.C. and Q.A. labs. Many raw materials boast the healing and aiding
